You can get your COVID-19 vaccine initial doses and booster shots either at the City of Manchester Health Department or at retail pharmacies in the Manchester area. In both cases, the vaccine itself is free.
City of Manchester Health Department
The City of Manchester Health Department has a calendar page listing their walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinics. Both the vaccine itself and administration of the vaccine are free.
Ensure that you’re referring to the date and time of a COVID-19 clinic event specifically, as the Health Department has multiple vaccine campaigns and health clinic series.
At retail pharmacies the vaccine itself is free but if you have health insurance the pharmacy is allowed to charge the insurance company a fee for the administration of the vaccine, so you may be asked for insurance information.
Online appointments and walk-ins are available.
